IMPORTANT INFORMATION
FIRST AID KIT - A first Aid kit is located behind the Bar. Use the back entrance if the roller door is closed.
SNAKE BITE KITS - Snake bite bandages are available as follows:
Bar - first aid kit,
Flat - under the sink,
House - cupboard above the hand basin.
SNAKE ADVICE - Stay well clear of all snakes. If this is not possible, immediately freeze in place. Snakes are movement orientated and will try to escape if they don't feel threatened.
If you see a snake please alert us.
Don't worry, we see very few snakes. The ones that we do see are mainly harmless or are red bellied black's, which are very timid.
DOMESTIC - If you detect a domestic fire, alert us immediately. Try to extinguish the fire, but don't put your self at risk.
BUSHFIRE - Fuel reduction burns occur regularly in the area; however alert us immediately if you see large volumes of smoke close by, fire glow or flames.
MUSTER POINT - The muster point for any emergency is the Bar.
AREAS - No smoking or vaping in the Bar, House or Flat. You are welcome to smoke outside, including the Bar Beer Garden.
BUTTS - Ensure all cigarette butts are properly extinguished and disposed of in the provided ash trays.
USAGE - We are on tank water, please be mindful of water usage.
DRINKING WATER - Domestic taps inside the House, Flat and Bar are double filtered and UV sterilised. Outside taps are direct from the tanks, and should not be used for drinking.
CHEMICALS - Do not dispose chemicals in the sinks or toilets, as you will destroy the bacteria in the septic system.
PAPER TOWEL OR SANITARY ITEMS - Do not flush paper towel, wipes or sanitary items, as they will block the septic field.
CHANNEL- We use channel 25 with CTCSS 94.8.
RADIOS - A UHF radio is available in the flat, with more available if required.
USE - Please carry a radio for emergencies if you go for a walk by yourself.
GOOGLE - Use the the interactive display in the Flat and say "Hey Google turn on/off..." the following lights:
"Flat lights" - Flat flood lights,
"Fairy lights" - rope lights,
"Shed lights" - all lights between the house and flat.
AUTOMATIC LIGHTS
Please do not switch off the following automatic lights:
FLAT - Bottom switch near sliding door,
BAR TOILET - Switch beside sink.
